A few weeks ago I was asked to participate in the True Body fitness challenge. It did not take much to convince me to participate in the challenge. Because of my busy schedule, staying physically active is often not a priority. As I get older, I am becoming more aware that I need to eat healthy and stay active.
I meet with my trainer, Jon Robinson twice a week and so far he is kicking my ass. Having a trainer has allowed me to push to my limits. My trainer keeps me motivated and also holds me accountable.
Over the next 12 weeks I set three goals in 4 week increments. Within the first 4 weeks, I am going to do a 2 minute plank. By the 8th week, I am going to run 3 miles without stopping. At the end of the challenge, I am going to drop 4 pants sizes.
I appreciate the opportunity to be part of the True Body fitness challenge and am excited to start seeing results.
