goal #1: the 2 minute wall sit. UPDATE: ,I met this goal this week, and I really think it is as a result of the workout my legs get in Peter Van Dyke’s Tue/Sat spin class!
goal #2: each Thursday my TBF Challenge competitor walk Belle Isle. We’ve established a route and the goal is to walk it in 1 hour! Yesterday we did it in 1:13.
goal #3: To fit in the plaid shorts I bought back in 2009!
